Käyttötarkoitus
Alla mainittuja tietoja voidaan käyttää verkkosivuston tekniseen ja sisällölliseen kehittämiseen ja verkkomainonnan kohdentamiseen.

Yhteisöliitännäiset
Kävijän käyttämät sivujen yhteisöliitännäiset toiminnot sosiaaliseen mediaan siirtyvät kolmannen osapuolen palvelun seurantatietoihin.

Yliopisto voi jakaa anonyymeja tietoja kolmansien osapuolten kanssa, jotka avustavat yliopistoa verkkosivuston kehittämisessä ja vikatilanteiden selvittämisessä.
Käyttöperuste
Turun yliopisto täyttää yliopistolain 2§:ssa annettua lakisääteistä tehtävää yleiseen etuun perustuen, kun se tutkii, opettaa ja harjoittaa yhteiskunnallista vuorovaikutusta.
Tietojen säilytysaika
Tietoja säilytetään näihin tarkoituksiin tarvittava aika eikä niitä käytetä muuhun tarkoitukseen.
Rekisteröidyn oikeudet
Kävijällä on mahdollisuus estää evästeiden käyttö sivustollamme evästeilmoituksen kautta. Evästeiden tallennuksen estäminen saattaa vaikuttaa verkkosivuston toiminnallisuuksiin.
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus tehdä valitus valvontaviranomaiselle.
